01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Est8Pro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including individuals using it on behalf of a business or real estate agency.
02 Description of Service
Est8Pro is a property management application designed for real estate agents. The App provides the following features:
- Property inventory management for residential and commercial listings
- Client requirement tracking and property matching
- Branded PDF catalog generation and sharing via WhatsApp and Telegram
- Visit scheduling via a built-in calendar
- Deal progress tracking across multiple stages
- Biometric (fingerprint or face) app lock
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob.
03 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional real estate management purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
- Use the App to build a competing product or service
- Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
04 Your Data
All property and client data you enter into Est8Pro is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to this data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of the data you enter.
By entering third-party contact information (such as client names and phone numbers) into the App, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary consent required under applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction to store that information on your device.
05 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Store, process, or share unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading property information
- Harass, defraud, or deceive clients or third parties
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the App
06 Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements fund the free availability of Est8Pro. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that advertisements will be displayed within the App interface.
We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and we have no control over the content of individual advertisements. Google AdMob's own terms of service and privacy policy govern the collection and use of data for advertising purposes.
07 Third-Party Services
The App integrates with or enables sharing to third-party services including WhatsApp and Telegram. When you use these sharing features, you are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
Links or sharing actions that open third-party apps are provided for your convenience only. Their inclusion does not constitute our endorsement or recommendation.
08 Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other content (excluding user-entered data), is owned by or licensed to Universal Dynamics Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Est8Pro name and logo are trademarks of Universal Dynamics Technologies. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
PDF catalogs generated by the App may include your agency's branding as configured by you. You retain ownership of your own agency name, logo, and property photographs.
09 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- Any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Dynamics Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on property information generated or stored in the App
- Damages arising from any real estate transaction or deal in which the App was used
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given the App is free of charge, shall be zero.
11 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification where reasonably practicable.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
