Est8Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data on the mobile application Est8Pro.

1. Introduction
   Welcome to Est8Pro. This Privacy Policy describes how Est8Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
   
2. Information We Collect
   
   • Device Information: Technical data including your device ID (Firebase Installation ID), ID that you use to login into the Est8pro application. This helps the user to run their application on multiple devices, without losing the subscription status and prevent fraudulent usage.
   
   • Usage Data: Statistics on how you interact with the App, including usage counts and crash reports to ensure stability.
   
   • Messaging Data: The user is allowed to send and view messages broadcast to users via a “post” feature in the app in the same city, contact information will only be shared after your consent, such as phone number or email address, This feature can be used at the user’s discretion, you can choose not post or approve sharing contact information, this data is temporarily stored on our server and deleted as soon as the recipient receives it (logs in or the app is active) and deleted after 24-48 hours after expiry. This feature allows for community building and leveraging the network for improving the user’s business connections.
   
   Sensitive Information and Permissions:
   • Audio Data: If you use the “Voice Input” feature, we access your microphone to convert speech to text. We do not store or transmit raw audio files; only the resulting text is processed for data extraction and stays local to your app/device.
   
   • Google Drive Sync: If you chose the option to backup data to your Google drive, the app uses “drive.appdata” to achieve this. Application state data will be stored in login account Drive. The app would access files and data ONLY related to the app into your google drive in a private folder. All your data is private to you. Google may track certain metrics while using the API service.
   
   • Third-Party Services
   We use industry-standard third-party services to provide App functionality:
   – Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud-synced usage profiles, analytics, and crash reporting.
   – Google AdMob: To serve advertisements that support the free version of the App.
   – We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect and use your device’s Advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests.
   
   – Google Play Services: For core infrastructure, map rendering, and location services.
   
   – Google Drive: For backup/sync of data, if the user has opted for the service
   
   None of the data, either in long term storage or temporary time storage is shared with any 3rd party.
   All other data for the application: Biometric data; Settings; Clients; Properties; Agents; is local to the phone (room data) and is never stored on any unauthorized server or extracted by any other means
   
   
3. On-Device AI Processing (LiteRT)
   Est8Pro is built with a Privacy-First architecture. All AI-driven data extraction (utilizing Google LiteRT) is performed locally on your mobile device. Your shared links, pasted text, and voice transcriptions are analyzed on-device to identify property entities without being transmitted or saved onto our servers for processing.
   
4. Use of Information
   The collected information is used to:
   • Maintain and improve App functionality and user experience.
   • Manage your professional profile and subscription status.
   • Monitor for security and prevent fraudulent usage.
   
5. Data Retention and Deletion
   • Local Data: Your business records are stored in a local database on your device. Uninstalling the App will remove this data. We recommend using our local backup feature or Google Drive Sync to safeguard your data.
   • Cloud Data: Profile and subscription-related data stored in Firebase can be deleted upon request. You may contact us at the email provided below to request account deletion.
   
6. Security: We implement commercially acceptable security measures to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
   
7. Children’s Privacy: Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
   
8. Other Privacy: While the app allows you to copy in chat messages, text from various sources, including websites. None of this information is stored in our firebase database other than what you share. Users are noted that they must adhere to copyright laws and terms of information distribution from the source. The Est8pro tool is simply an app that runs with your instructions. Users must exercise caution when importing data and verify that it is within legal limits to use this data for personal consumption.
