Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Est8Pro. We want to ensure you have a professional and efficient experience with our property management tools.

1. Digital Services

Est8Pro provides digital services, including “PRO” subscriptions and specialized record credits. Because these are digital products, access is granted immediately upon a successful transaction.

2. Refund Process (Google Play)

All financial transactions for Est8Pro are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. As such:

Est8Pro does not directly collect or store your credit card or payment information.
Refund requests must be initiated through the Google Play Store.
Google’s standard refund policy applies. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of a purchase if the service was not provided or is defective.

How to request a refund from Google Play:

Go to play.google.com.
Find the order you want to return.
Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem” and follow the instructions.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a monthly or annual subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscriptions” section found in the settings page in the Est8Pro app or directly through your Google Play Account settings.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining portion of a billing period.

4. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase due to technical error, please contact our support team at support@universaldynamics.tech with your Google Play Order IDs (beginning with GPA.XXXX), and we will assist you in coordinating a refund through Google.
